Sacred Hearts Lancer Robotics Are POWERED UP

Sacred Hearts Academy Lancer Robotics POWERED UP at the Stan Sheriff Center on March 23 and 24 to battle against 36 other schools at this year's  prestigious FRC Hawaii Regional hosted by Friends of Robotics Hawaii.  

Placing 9th out of 37 teams as the quarter finals began, the Lancers performed autonomously, as well as in alliances with groups from the other schools, hailing from across the United States, Chinese Taipei and Japan.  Over 1,200 students were involved in designing and building their human-size robots over a six-week period. 


Congratulations to Waialua High School that won the regional champion and be will heading to the World Championships in Houston in late April.
