This
past summer, Sacred Hearts Academy Junior, Taylor Ray Ray traveled to Boston, Massachusetts to attend the
Congress of Future Medical Leaders and Physicians, and the Congress of Future
Medical Scientists and Technologists. Inspired by one of the guest speaker, Taylor hopes to start an Oceanography Club at the Academy.
"This was such a great experience because it opened me up to a world of new possibilities! We were fortunate to be mentored by great minds in science, technology, and medicine such as Bernie Burns, Bo Eason, and Shree Bose just to name a few. I met people from young inventors like Jack Andraka and Paige Brown, to Nobel Prize Winners like Dr. John Mather. Getting to meet these people and be inspired by them was such an amazing experience!" -Taylor Rayray, '18
