Congratulations to Lancer Robotics freshman girls, Ayla Hakikawa, '22, Kammiee Ardo, '22, and Nanami Mehring, '22, on an outstanding performance at the #VEXRobotics State Championship! The trio comprise the first ever Academy  #VEX team to qualify for the World Championship!

This year's game, #TurningPoint, is played on a 12’x12’ square field with two Alliances composed of two Teams each. Teams compete in matches consisting of a fifteen second Autonomous Period, followed by a one minute and forty-five second Driver Controlled Period.

The object of the game is to attain a higher score than the opposing Alliance by High Scoring or Low Scoring Caps, Toggling Flags, and by Alliance Parking or Center Parking Robots on the Platforms.

The VEX Robotics World Championship will take place in Louisville, Kentucky, starting with the VEX Robotics Competition and VEX U portion of the event from April 24-27, followed immediately by VEX IQ Challenge portion held April 28-30.
