Recyclable Sculpture On Display

Sacred Hearts Academy Summer School 2018, Sculpture 1

A display of colorful sculptures composed of recycled materials will be on display in the Sacred Hearts Academy Clarence TC Ching Student Center courtesy of the Sacred Hearts Academy Summer School "Sculpture" students. 

Each sculpture featured was designed utilizing recyclable materials such as toilet paper and paper towel tubes. Students worked in collaborative teams of five and were tasked to create an abstract, asymmetrical sculpture using negative space. Upon completion students added personal touches with feathers, sequins, puff balls, tissue, yarn and google eyes.
